Using Employer-Sponsored Health Insurance

Our clinic works with various insurance companies, including those that offer health insurance plans through employers. Below you will find information on how to use your employer-provided health insurance at our clinic.

How does employer-sponsored health insurance work?

1. Checking Your Insurance Plan
   Before coming to the clinic, we recommend checking which healthcare services are covered by your insurance plan. Most often, insurance may cover:
   • preventive dental services
   • treatment procedures
2. Presenting Your Insurance Policy
   When you arrive at the clinic, we will ask you to present:
   • your insurance policy
   • a valid ID

   Our administration will verify the validity of your insurance and the scope of coverage.

3. Provision of Services
   After treatment, the clinic submits an invoice to the insurance company. The patient’s copayment (if applicable) depends on the specific terms of the insurance policy.
4. Reimbursement of expenses
   If the insurance covers all services provided, the costs are usually reimbursed directly by the insurance company. If only part of the services is covered, the patient may have to pay the remaining amount.
